Interesting Thoughts On Employee Motivation

A few days ago, I posted a link entitled “Not Many Engaged Employees It Seems” (see link below). It referenced a study that shows a high percentage of employees (84%) are planning to look for another job in the coming year. As food for thought about how managers might improve employee motivation and, thus, keep them, click on this link to a video on TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design). It features Dan Pink, an author of several best-selling books. While you may agree or disagree some of his comments, they do provoke food for thought.
